My name is Mark and I’m the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Tudor Rose Cleaning Services.
Prior to focusing solely on Tudor Rose, I held the position of Sales Operations Director at one of the UK’s leading IT manufacturers for the public sector.
The reason I decided to leave the security of a successful career and enter one of the most competitive industries in the UK was simple - I could see a real opportunity to do things differently. Better. That would dramatically improve service levels and the way in which cleaning operatives were treated

We would not allow the competitiveness of the industry to effect our standards.
We would not compromise on quality to improve our cleaning operatives efficiencies.
We would pay our operatives more than industry standard to attract the best. We would properly induct them, train them, develop them, support them and incentivise them to ensure they remain energised and motivated.
We would recruit locally and focus on the region we’re based in.
We would never miss a clean or let you down, even if it meant the account managers or quality managers doing the clean themselves.
Above all, we would ensure that our mission “To delight our customers” was reflected in everything that we did.
